Hi I'm Angie!

Your Embodiment Energy Healing Coach

My deep healing journey began after the birth of my second child. Consumed by Anxiety, PTS, inaction, overwhelm and a deep fear of impending doom I plucked up the courage to go to talk therapy. Sure this helped me understand some of what I was feeling, but ultimately it just brought up everything. Over and over again without giving me any coping strategies to move though and out of what was going on. Feeling every detail and its rawness was dragged up every session, leaving me feeling worse than when I walked in. 

In the depths of despair I found a beacon of light, a somatic embodiment healer/mentor who took me under her wing. Allowed me to shine brightly as the ever growing, ever learning, light filled soul I have become and continue to become every day.

Through my own deep healing I found an unwavering passion to support other women. It wasn't until I understood everything was felt and stored inside the body that I was able to begin truly healing. This is why I am here today helping countless women and men heal their own story, shining light on the unseen and unfelt, allowing your truest, heartfelt, soulful desires to be manifested in the physical.

Without heartache the wounds would not be seen, felt and healed. I've been to breaking point and from those darkest, hardest moments the brightest stars and lights have been sparked into existence. Strength and courage was birthed allowing me to find peace, flow, love and abundance. Created a life of flow, ease, alignment, purpose, healing and soul expansion.

I invite you to take the first step with me and begin finding, shining and radiating your own light into the world around you. Through your radiating light from within, you enable others to find theirs.

Embodiment has taught me many things. Gaining valuable insights enabling not only my own personal healing journey, but all those whose lives I've touched. From my husband and loved ones, to friends and family, and of course the beautiful clients who followed the calling to work with me over the years.

When Im not working with beautiful souls in Private sessions, you'll find me being inspired by nature on the farm which I live on. Out with the cows or one of our 4 dogs. Playing with the kids, sipping a ceremonial cacao having a wildly expansive chat with my soulmate husband (Yes I was lucky enough to find my soulmate in my husband) or dreaming up the next holiday or vision to improve our farm.

Embodiment has inspired me to step outside of my comfort zone, in love life and business expansion. Ultimately so I can serve you more deeply on your own expansive healing journey as your embodiment energy healing & life coach.
