My deep healing journey began after the birth of my second child. Consumed by Anxiety, PTS, inaction, overwhelm and a deep fear of impending doom I plucked up the courage to go to talk therapy. Sure this helped me understand some of what I was feeling, but ultimately it just brought up everything. Over and over again without giving me any coping strategies to move though and out of what was going on. Feeling every detail and its rawness was dragged up every session, leaving me feeling worse than when I walked in.
In the depths of despair I found a beacon of light, a somatic embodiment healer/mentor who took me under her wing. Allowed me to shine brightly as the ever growing, ever learning, light filled soul I have become and continue to become every day.
Through my own deep healing I found an unwavering passion to support other women. It wasn't until I understood everything was felt and stored inside the body that I was able to begin truly healing. This is why I am here today helping countless women and men heal their own story, shining light on the unseen and unfelt, allowing your truest, heartfelt, soulful desires to be manifested in the physical.
Without heartache the wounds would not be seen, felt and healed. I've been to breaking point and from those darkest, hardest moments the brightest stars and lights have been sparked into existence. Strength and courage was birthed allowing me to find peace, flow, love and abundance. Created a life of flow, ease, alignment, purpose, healing and soul expansion.

Embodiment has taught me many things. Gaining valuable insights enabling not only my own personal healing journey, but all those whose lives I've touched. From my husband and loved ones, to friends and family, and of course the beautiful clients who followed the calling to work with me over the years.
When Im not working with beautiful souls in Private sessions, you'll find me being inspired by nature on the farm which I live on. Out with the cows or one of our 4 dogs. Playing with the kids, sipping a ceremonial cacao having a wildly expansive chat with my soulmate husband (Yes I was lucky enough to find my soulmate in my husband) or dreaming up the next holiday or vision to improve our farm.
Embodiment has inspired me to step outside of my comfort zone, in love life and business expansion. Ultimately so I can serve you more deeply on your own expansive healing journey as your embodiment energy healing & life coach.

Why I Birthed Sacred Soul Tribe
Sacred soul tribe is a place where women can gather to honour there feminine essence and connection to self. It provides a space where growing and deepening connections is one of the most primal instincts we can foster, beginning with ourselves first.
Allowing the true essence of who we are to radiate and shine out into the world around us. Sacred Soul Tribe creates a space where you can immerse yourself in the natural rhythms of life, honouring your inner wants, desires and needs.
Through connecting with your body mind and soul you uncover your true essence and zest for life. Through listening to the whispers of your body and soul you allow yourself to be lit up from within, create a deeper relationship to your natural rhythms of life, including your menstrual cycle. Through connecting with our feminine energy on a more primal level we allow ourselves to soften and open to the possibilities of life. Moving out of the masculine business of constantly doing in an attempt to keep up in a masculine energy driven world.
Listening to your instinctual and intuitive nature allows you the strength and integrity to build a world from your deepest visions and desires that is truely aligned to your unique essence and light. Creating a life filled with love, light, joy, synchronicities and abundance. All while slowing down and grounding into nature to expand it out into our existence around us.
Although Scared Soul Tribe was birthed for women to up level their existence, there is a unique place for mean here too. For those who are looking to connect with their feminine energy, to find more flow and ease in their lives, love and business. I've worked with many men ready to honour the women in their lives though nurturing the gentler more feminine energy, the Yin energy of life. Through connecting deeper with this natural flow of energy they find a place of balance for themselves. Empowered to become a peaceful pillar of light, strength and support for the women in their life. Allowing for greater communication pathways between lovers, partners, friends and family to honour one another.
This is an integral pillar of Sacred Soul Tribe, for young girls to be raised by fathers and surrounded by men with awareness and respect for the feminine energies of life. Providing stability and security to alow them to naturally slip into their intuitive senses. Allowing for deeper understanding of the menstrual cycle and the need for women to go inwards, connect to the light within and whispers of wisdom to rest and rejuvenate. Through mens own connection to themselves, they raise awareness of their own energy needs and wants. Allowing their bodily queues to slow down to be heard and honoured. Creating a community where its no longer acceptable to be so misaligned, chaotic, burnout and exhausted from being stuck in toxic masculine energy. Allowing for a healthy masculine energy to flourish, complimented by their own intuitive feminine (Yin Energy) and awareness of when to rest, reconnect and rejuvinate.
